You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments.

Role Description

The work environment coordinator/work environment engineer is responsible for independently driving the project's work environment efforts and being the project's contact person for clients, project partners, and suppliers.

The main task of the role is to compile, maintain, and revise the work environment plan for the current project, which includes participating in relevant meetings, establishing routines and control plans, and ensuring compliance with these.

The role includes, among other things:

· Compiling, maintaining, and revising the project's risk register

· Compiling training materials for the project's work environment training

· Keeping the project's training register updated

· Conducting work environment training within the project

· Reviewing and providing input to work preparations from a work environment perspective

· Reporting, investigating, developing measures, and providing feedback on actions regarding project accidents and incidents.

· Following up on work environment measures and ensuring compliance.

· Conducting safety rounds and keeping minutes during the rounds

· Being responsible for the project's ID06 registration

· Conducting exercises for safety and environmental accidents for everyone in the project and documenting these

Competence

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of improvement, safety, health, and work environment efforts, who enjoys being out on projects and is driven by communication, as well as being structured and solution-oriented.

You should have relevant post-secondary education such as KY education, construction engineering education, work environment education, or equivalent work experience. You have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position with good references.
